: Beside all bad experience, the personel was just nice, they tried what they could to assist with shower that did not work, internet that did not work ...they at least tried , it was the only good thing at the place Natan and Rose (I think this was her name)
: I was amazed how can this place have so good reviews... It was just a disaster! We arrived and we were the only ones at the hotel, I booked the superior room and it was not cheap...I could not believe they dare to charge that price for it. First the shower was not working, no water coming out of it and for some reason they could not change our room (even when nobody else was in the hotel), after long time with a plumber it was fixed, than came up that internet was not working. I heard from the employee that is because sometimes it does not work well on upstairs floor...come on... we book a superior room, the most expensive, and there internet does not work well? So we insisted on checking another room closer to reception maybe internet would work there, on this other room we found out that was a router which was turned off... finally internet worked, but next morning was off again and was off all the time we stayed there... mind that the TV there don't have many channels and this area has nothing to do in the evening. The airco was also not strong enough for the room and there was no bed linen , only the one to cover the matrass. There is no box in the shower so goes water all over the place and the toilet door was broken. The breakfast would be really perfect but people who work there and their friends who come there to do nothing just seat there on the restaurant listening to loud and horrible music on their phone while we are having breakfast early in the morning...time that we would like to have some quietness. Even with the place empty, if you have a meal on the swimming pools they will just not clean the tables, the dirty plate will stay there the whole day. Our room also never got cleaned . It was really disappointing for the money we paid and I have much higher expectations
